Gamecocks Wrap Up Regular Season at Florida Thursday Night
GAINESVILLE, Fla. – The South Carolina women’s soccer wraps up the regular season Thursday, October 28, when the Gamecocks travel to Florida to take on the Gators at 6:30 p.m. The Gamecocks are still in the hunt to win the SEC East heading into the final match, but will need a win, along with a loss by Tennessee to Kentucky and a loss or tie by Georgia to Vanderbilt.

- Ryan Gareis and Lauren Chang rank 32nd in the nation with seven assists on the season.

- Against Ole Miss, Lauren Chang became the program’s leader in career matches played with 96. She currently ranked 5th among all active NCAA women’s soccer players with 100.
- Ryan Gareis was named the SEC Co-Offensive Player of the Week on Oct. 4.
- Jyllissa Harris was named the SEC Defensive Player of the Week on Sept. 27.
- Since 2016, the Gamecocks are 44-8-6 in SEC play.
