CHAPEL HILL, N.C. – Carl Wermee and Marcus Westman both fell at the ITA Regional Championships Saturday at the University of North Carolina. The ITA Regional Championships was the last event on the Gamecocks schedule until the SEC Indoor Championships Jan. 15-19, 2004 in Athens, Ga.

Wermee fell to Jeff Kader of William and Mary 6-3, 6-4 in the round of 16. Meanwhile on the other half of the round of 16 bracket, 12th-seeded Westman fell to fifth-seeded Scott Schnugg of Georgia Tech, 6-2, 7-6 (8).
