No. 9 Gamecocks Host No. 4 Texas A&M for Senior Day Saturday
COLUMBIA, S.C. – The No. 9 University of South Carolina equestrian team is set to honor its 11 seniors as it competes against No. 4 Texas A&M at 10 a.m. at OneWood Farm on Saturday.
Spectator Information
Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic fans will NOT be allowed at OneWood Farm during the meets this spring. Limited access for family members on the team’s guest list will be allowed, but anyone not already on the list will NOT be permitted into the facility.
Boo’s Bits
“We are looking forward to having the Aggies come to Blythewood. Coach McKay always has her team prepared and I expect nothing less. The disappointment of not being able to go to Auburn due to sone false positives left our team hungry for a competition. We are looking forward to celebrating our seniors on Saturday. They have been great leaders through the last year and a half during the pandemic and I would expect nothing less from this special group.”
Senior Day Honorees
The 11 seniors on the team will be honored after the meet. The seniors are Kate Bonham, Louisa Brackett, Billi Brandner, Gabrielle Brassard, Mire Clavecilla, Nikita Cope, Addie Cromer, McKenzie Duncan, Rawleigh Harris, Taylor Kellam and Tyler Petrie.
Earlier this week we looked at the careers and accomplishments of the jumping seat squad and the western team.
We also asked the little sister of each senior to share some thoughts on what the senior has meant to them 💕 pic.twitter.com/NkJxgKp67D
