Gamecocks Part of Inaugural Women’s Battle 4 Atlantis

COLUMBIA, S.C. – South Carolina women’s basketball will be part of the inaugural Battle 4 Atlantis Women’s Tournament slated for Nov. 21-23, 2020, Atlantis Paradise Island announced today. The eight-team field will gather at Paradise Island, Bahamas, for the tournament.
 
Along with the No. 5/6 Gamecocks, the tournament will feature three other teams ranked in this week’s top-25 polls – No. 1/1 Oregon, No. 16/18 Syracuse and No. 21/20 USF. Central Michigan, Marquette, Minnesota and Oklahoma round out the field.
 
Tonight, South Carolina opens play in the Paradise Jam in St. Thomas, U.S.V.I., against No. 17/23 Indiana. Tipoff is set for 8 p.m. ET with the game streaming live on FloHoops.com.
