Gamecock Athletics Sets New Fundraising Record with $107 Million Raised in Historic Year

The Gamecock Club and University of South Carolina Athletics proudly announce a record-breaking fundraising year, having raised $107 million during the 2024-25 fiscal year. This unprecedented achievement of philanthropic giving sets an all-time high for Gamecock Athletics and defines the extraordinary passion and belief our donors have for the University and Gamecock Athletics.

This historic total was propelled by the closing of the largest single-time gift in Athletics department history—a transformational commitment that shattered the previous record by nearly three times..

The Gamecock Club major gifts team also achieved remarkable success, more than doubling last year’s previous record for major gift fundraising. This relentless pursuit of excellence and dedication to building relationships with Gamecock supporters have elevated the University’s fundraising efforts to new heights.

Momentum continues to build across all areas of Gamecock Athletics. Gamecock Club memberships are on pace for an all-time record, and new football season ticket sales are surging toward historic levels as excitement for the upcoming season grows.
