South Carolina Concludes Fall Schedule at Fallen Oak

SAUCIER, Miss. – South Carolina concludes the fall portion of its schedule starting Saturday at the Fallen Oak Collegiate Invitational. The 54-hole stroke play event runs thru Monday.

The Gamecocks have a trio of top-five finishes so far this fall and will look to finish the first half of the team’s schedule strong in a deep field this week at Fallen Oak that features six top-25 teams from the initial Clippd Team Rankings and eight teams hailing from the Southeastern Conference.

Carolina finished fifth in the event last season led by a T-4^th finish from All-American Frankie Harris. He has the top spot in the lineup this week and is joined by senior Zach Adams, sophomore Marek Fleming, freshman Talan Harrison and redshirt sophomore Ismael Encinas. Freshman August Petersson will play as an individual.

The Gamecocks will be paired with Wisconsin and Georgia the opening 18 holes. Encinas will be the first player off for Carolina at 11:50 a.m. (ET) from hole 10.
