Siesta Key, Fla. — After dropping their match to No. 9 Stetson, the South Carolina beach volleyball team rebounded with a win over Florida Atlantic and went down in history as the winningest team since the program began in 2014.

The Gamecocks are now 15-12 on the year, which tops last season’s record of 14-7.

South Carolina opened the day with Stetson and dropped the close match 3-2, but rallied to end the Fiesta on Siesta Key tournament with a 3-2 win over conference-foe FAU. Two Gamecock pairs went undefeated on the day: Katie Reilly and Macie Tendrich at Nos. 2 and 3 and Jade Vitt and Delaney at the No. 4 spot.

Tendrich and Reilly are now 21-6 on the year, went undefeated on the weekend and currently hold a five-match win streak.

Carolina is back in action this weekend (April 16-17) for its final home tournament of the season and final duals before heading to the conference tournament (April 22-24) in Emerson, Ga.
