Charleston, S.C. – After one round of action at the Azalea Amateur, held at the Country Club of Charleston, South Carolina’s Martin Rominger is tied for seventh place after firing 71.

Nash Elliot shot one-over-par 73 to stand in 26th place. Other Gamecocks competing in the amateur event are Matt Robinson who shot 74 to tie for 37th and Alex Hamilton who is currently 69th with a score of 76.

The Azalea Amateur is a four-day event that will end on Sunday, March 30.
