IRVING, Texas – Six South Carolina men’s soccer players have earned the prestigious Conference USA Commissioner’s Academic Medal, awarded to C-USA student-athletes who have achieved a cumulative GPA of 3.75 or better.

Redshirt juniors Stephen Anderson and Chris Duzan collected their fourth Commissioner’s Medal, junior Braeden Troyer posted his third, sophomores Ryan Arambula and Jeffrey Torda earned their second and freshman Eli Dent capped his first year in the Garnet and Black with a medal.

South Carolina, Kentucky and New Mexico led the league, each producing six student-athletes who earned Commissioner’s Medals.

The group is apart of South Carolina’s 24 members of the Commissioner’s Honor Roll, which recognizes those student-athletes that hold a cumulative GPA of 3.0 and above. Of the league’s men’s soccer teams, the Gamecocks placed the highest total on the honor roll.
