Members of the South Carolina men’s basketball team spent time on Wednesday evening calling season ticket holders to thank them for their support in advance of the upcoming season. The Gamecocks visited the Rice Athletics Building and spent time in the Marketing Department making phone calls and interacting with fans, while also reaching out in other ways to encourage those who have not yet renewed their season tickets. South Carolina is currently in its first week of official practice in the 2013-14 preseason preparing for its first competition, a Nov. 3 exhibition contest versus USC Aiken, set for a 2 p.m. ET start time at Colonial Life Arena.
