COLUMBIA, S.C.- Seniors Jordan Quinn and Tim Glowienka have been invited to the adidas/MLS Player Combine Friday, Jan. 11-14 in Ft. Lauderdale, Fla. Quinn and Glowienka were two of only thirty-six division one college soccer players invited to participate.

Adidas and Major League Soccer sponsor this event, the event offers players the opportunity to showcase their talent. Scouts from professional teams and the US Soccer Federation watch the players as they perform.

Forward Jordan Quinn’s six goals and one assist this season led the team in points scored for a third consecutive year. Quinn finished his career at USC as the 6th all-time leader in points scored.

Tim Gloweinka was a staple defender for South Carolina throughout his career. This past season the Gamecocks held their opponents to an average of one goal per game.

The MLS draft will be held on Friday, January 17.
