PRE-SOUTH CAROLINA
- Prior to time at Carolina, earned four letters at George Mason
- Averaged 6.8 points and 4.5 rebounds in 114 games for the Patriots
- As a senior, became George Mason’s all-time leader in blocked shots (211), and ranked No. 23 nationally with 2.29 blocks per game as a senior
- Named to the 2021 A-10 All-Defensive Team, and was named the A-10’s Most Improved Player in 2020
- As a junior, set GMU’s all-time record for blocks in a single season with 92
- Career high of 24 points vs. Saint Joseph’s (March 11, 2020), and he hit his career high of 14 rebounds three times, most recently vs. UMBC (Dec. 21, 2019)

- Began playing basketball at the age of five
- Following his basketball career, would like to go into coaching
- His advice to young people is “do the right thing even when no one is watching.”
- Chose South Carolina because “the coaching staff and I had a mutual and genuine interest in each other and we had a mutual understanding that we want to win. They were up front, straight forward and honest, and that’s what stuck with me the most. It was a no brainer after that.”
