South Carolina (12-3, 6-0 SEC) looks to keep their undefeated streak alive as the Gamecocks host the Tennessee Lady Vols (12-5, 2-3 SEC) on Sunday, Oct. 13 at 1:30 p.m. at the Volleyball Competition Facility. Sunday is Military Appreciation Day. All military personnel who come in uniform get into the match free.

The Gamecocks lead the series against the Lady Vols 19-17. Last year, USC went 2-1 including a 3-2 victory over the Lady Vols in the SEC Tournament. Tennessee is coming off of a two-match win streak as the have posted wins over Georgia and Kentucky. USC is currently 6-0 in the SEC and 8-0 at home.

The 6-0 SEC record is the second best streak in school history for SEC play. With the 8-0 home streak, Carolina has now won their last 15 home matches. Carolina’s last loss at the Volleyball Competition Facility was to the Arkansas Lady ‘Backs on Oct. 12, 2001.
