HARTSVILLE, S.C. – Jake Thompson led the Gamecocks to the Coker College Collegiate team title after shooting a low round score of 143 Tuesday at the Hartsville Country Club. The Gamecocks shot a two-day toal of 590 to win the team title by seven strokes.

Thompson fired 73 in the second round of the Coker College Collegiate to tie for first place. Thompson eventually won the playoff to claim the individual title. Johan Kok and Matt Robinson shot 76, while Matt Giffin posted 78. Lee Taylor rounded out the five-man squad with a score of 81.
