COLUMBIA, S.C. – Members of the Carolina Alumni Association are invited to meet
USC head basketball coaches Dave Odom and Susan Walvius Thursday, Nov.
14, and get a sneak peak of the men’s basketball team practicing.

Hosted by the Richland/Lexington Alumni Club of USC, the annual
preview event will be held from 5 – 7 p.m. in the USC basketball
practice facility at the corner of Blossom and Park streets. This year,
the preview event is particularly exciting as both teams prepare to play
in their new home at The Carolina Center. The preview will feature
Cocky and the USC cheerleaders, as well as plenty of hors d’oeuvres and
beverages to complete the evening of fun.

The event is free for Carolina Alumni Association members, who
must present their membership card for admission. Spouses and children
of members are welcome. Alumni should enter at the Park Street
entrance.

The women will open their season against Clemson Friday, Nov.
22, and the men will have their season opener against East Tennessee
State Sunday, Nov. 24.
