Columbia, S.C. – After one round of competition at the Turtle Bay Collegiate on the Big Island of Hawaii, South Carolina stands in fourth place after firing 289. Tennessee leads the 17-team field.

Gamecocks West Streib and Martin Rominger are tied for eighth after blasting one-under-par 71. Eirik Johansen shot 72 to finish in a tie for 15th. Sophomore Alex Hamilton shot 75, while Michael Maness posted 79.

The second round of action began at 8:00 p.m. eastern.
