Greenville, S.C. – South Carolina golfer’s Jake Thompson and Matt Robinson competed in the first round of the Carolina Amature Match Play today at the Green Valley Country Club in Greenville, S.C. Robinson fired a three-under par 69 while Jake Thompson shot 76. Round two of the five-day tournament will tee off on Thursday morning. After the completion of round two, a cut will be made in order to begin the match play portion of the tournament.
