The 2003-04 University of South Carolina equestrian team is preparing for their first competition of the season on Saturday. The Gamecocks open the show up at 8:30 am at the Irish Oaks Equestrian Centre in the Ascot Subdivision of Irmo starting with hunt seat competition. The western format of the show will start around 1pm. The competition will also feature student athletes from Clemson, Berry College, Erskine, Lander, Anderson, Augusta State, Judson College and many more. The Gamecocks are setting sights on another successful season.
