Columbia, SC – South Carolina men’s and women’s track and field opens their 2005 indoor season at the Virginia Tech Inivtational in Blacksburg, Va. on Friday, January 14th.

There will a total of 18 schools participating in the meet scheduled to start at 4:30 p.m. on Friday at Rector Field House. Among the schools participating are Charleston Southern, East Carolina, South Carolina State, Wake Forest, as well as host Virginia Tech.

The final event of the meet is slated for 4:35 p.m. on Saturday. Results will be available following the meet at www.uscsports.com.
