Columbia, S.C. – Approximately 300 fans welcomed home the 2005 NIT Champions on Friday morning at Eagle Aviation. The Gamecocks took home the 2005 NIT trophy with their 60-57 win over St. Joe’s on Thursday night at Madison Square Garden in New York City. Coach Odom and the team spoke and took pictures with fans as well as signing autographs.
