COLUMBIA, S.C. – South Carolina equestrian will travel to Fresno State to wrap up its fall schedule Saturday, Oct. 28, when they face the Bulldogs at 1 p.m. ET. The team is 2-1 overall, while the hunt seat team is 3-0 and the western team is 0-3.

“We are excited to be traveling to California this weekend,” said head coach Boo Duncan. “The hunt seat team will have a lot of experienced seniors competing, and the western team will have some young players riding. We have had three competitions already this fall and that has helped them adjust to collegiate equestrian.

This will be the first meeting between the two teams. It also marks the season opener for the Bulldogs.

“I think Fresno will give us a run for our money, but our girls are up for the challenge,” said Duncan. “They are disciplined and well prepared for our upcoming match up.”
