Round one of the Auburn Derby Invitational was canceled today due to severe thunderstorms which started last night and continued through the morning, making the course unfit for play. Along with the rest of the 16-team field, the South Carolina women’s golf team will return to the Auburn University Club tomorrow at 11 a.m. to start the tournament. The 54-hole event has now been shortened to 36 holes.
