COLUMBIA, S.C. —The Conference USA Men’s Soccer Tournament bracket has been set and No. 4 seed South Carolina (11-4-1, 4-3-1) will play fifth-seeded UAB (9-6-2, 4-3-1) on Wednesday, Nov. 1, in the first round at 3:30 p.m. ET. The University of Tulsa is the host of the event and all matches will be played at the Hurricane Track and Soccer Complex in Tulsa, Okla.

Four first-round matches will be played on Wednesday. Semifinal action is set for Friday, Nov. 3. The Championship match is slated for a 2 p.m. ET start on Sunday, Nov. 5, and will be televised live nationally on CSTV.

Top-seed and regular season champion SMU squares off with No. 8 seed Florida International to open the tournament at 1 p.m. ET on Wednesday. In other first round action, second-seeded Kentucky meets No. 7 seed Memphis at 6:30 p.m. No. 3-seed Tulsa takes on sixth-seeded UCF 6:30 p.m. ET.

The winner of the match between South Carolina and UAB advances to play the winner of the first-round match between SMU and Florida International.

In the regular season meeting between Carolina and UAB, the Gamecocks earned a 2-0 win in Columbia.

South Carolina is the defending C-USA Champion. The Gamecocks captured last season’s tournament title in Dallas, Texas, earning the league’s automatic berth to the NCAA Tournament.
