WACO, Texas (AP) – Tre’ Kelley scored 26 points, including 17 in the second half, to lift South Carolina to a 64-59 win over Baylor on Saturday.

Baylor went on a 16-4 run to take a 45-38 lead with 10 minutes left, but the Gamecocks withstood the barrage and went on a 13-5 run of their own to take a 51-50 lead with three and a half minutes left.

Kelly scored seven points and hit two 3-pointers in the final two minutes, and South Carolina (6-2) hit four of four free throws to secure the win.

The Bears (6-2) were led by Aaron Bruce and Kevin Rogers, who scored 15 and 14 points respectively. Mamadou Diene had eight points, 10 rebounds and four blocks.

With less than 30 seconds to play in the first half, Brandis Raley-Ross hit a 3-pointer to give South Carolina a 29-27 lead at intermission. Raley-Ross scored all 11 of his points in the first half.
