COLUMBIA, S.C. – The South Carolina equestrian team will host a meet and greet at the Toyota Gamecock Village this Saturday, Sept. 15, from 3:30 p.m. – 4:30 p.m.

The defending national championship team will autograph posters and meet the Gamecock Nation prior to the South Carolina football game. Children will be allowed to pet and get their picture taken with the horses after the event proved to be a success last season.

The Toyota Gamecock Village is located across from Williams-Brice Stadium on the Fairgrounds. The Village is located in front of the Grandstands.

South Carolina opens its season next Saturday, Sept. 22, when they host TCU at One Wood Farm in Blythewood. The competition is scheduled to begin at 10 a.m.
