COLUMBIA, S.C. – The University of South Carolina men’s soccer team will host NC State on Saturday in its final exhibition game of the season. The match is slated to begin at 7 p.m. at Stone Stadium in Columbia. Carolina defeated Winthrop, 1-0, in its first showing of the fall campaign on Aug. 18 on an Evan O’Dell goal in the final minute of the match. South Carolina owns a 7-6-1 record in the all-time series between the two schools, including three previous home victories.

Following Saturday’s exhibition against the Wolfpack, Carolina will open its 2008 regular season, hosting archrival Clemson at Stone Stadium on Aug. 29 at 7 p.m.
