COLUMBIA, S.C. – Game time for the South Carolina men’s soccer contest at Clemson this Friday, originally scheduled for 7 p.m. at Riggs Field, has been changed to a 7:30 p.m. start time due to activities on the Clemson campus. Gametracker will be available for the contest via GamecocksOnline.com.

South Carolina defeated Charlotte 3-1 in the season opener on Tuesday. Junior strikers Blake Brettschneider and Sam Arthur each scored in that contest, while junior goalkeeper Jimmy Maurer collected four saves.

Following Friday’s contest at Clemson, South Carolina returns home to host the annual adidas Gamecock Classic, Sept. 11-13. Butler, George Mason and Presbyterian will also compete in the weekend event.
