In the third edition of Volley Voices this summer, we check in with the Gamecocks less than a week before fall practices start. The question posed to the group: What are you most looking forward to as you report officially on Sunday?

Lindsey Craft: I’m excited to get back in the gym and start playing again!

Paige Wheeler: I’m looking forward to practicing with the coaches and getting all of our new gear!!

Juliette Thévenin: I can’t wait to start playing again and get ready for this season. It’s going to be so much different with the new players and the new staff. I can’t wait!

Brandi Byers: Excited just to get back playing on the court and to work more with the new coaches! We are going to rock the SEC! Go Gamecocks!

Kellie Schmidt: I’m ready to start playing with all the new people and ready to see how the new season goes.

Christina Glover: I’m looking forward to being back with my teammates and seeing everything the new season brings with all of the new, exciting changes.

Megan Kent: I’m excited to get back and start playing.

Frankie Vain: Being with all the girls to officially start an exciting new season.

Lexie Pawlik: All the new experiences and being a part of Gamecock Volleyball 🙂

Taylor Bruns: I’m most looking forward to being all together as a team and forming our chemistry.

Kathryn Pearce: To be back together as a team and for the changes that Scott (Swanson) and the new staff will bring to better our program.

Bethanie Thomas: The whole team being together! The season starting! And seeing all the new stuff ha

Cara Howley: I’m looking forward to finally playing again with the whole team!!

Teresa Stenlund: I’m most looking forward to see the way Coach Swanson is going to run practice and see what kind of vibe we’re gonna have as a team!!
