The third in this series comes from sophomore defensive specialist Kathryn Pearce, who tells media relations student assistant Bernice Woodard of her dreams of visiting the land down under and her pre-match superstition.

Who is your favorite teammate? Why?
Frankie Vain, she is my roommate, she is my partner, and we like to work hard. We just have a great time together.

If you could travel anywhere on the planet, where would you go?
Australia. My minor is marine biology, so I would love to go there and work for a little bit.

What was the best movie you saw this summer?
Harry Potter.

If you could be a character in any movie, who would you be?
Snape from Harry Potter.

If you could trade places with any person on the South Carolina campus, who would it be?
President Pastides.

Do you have any pre-game or in-game rituals?
I always put my left leg equipment on first.

What one word would you use to describe your style of play?
Focused.

What’s the one thing you can’t leave without on a road trip?
My phone.

What’s your biggest pet peeve?
People chewing with their mouth open.
