We’re over a week into our series introducing each volleyball student-athlete to you. Today, it’s Cara Howley’s turn to answer our questions. She has picked a European country to visit and an actor that she’d like to replace in any of his roles.

Who is your favorite teammate? Why?
Lindsey Craft because she is hilarious and she has great dance moves.

If you could travel anywhere on the planet, where would you go?
I think I would go to Europe, maybe Spain.

What was the best movie you saw this summer?
Stupid, Crazy, Love.

If you could be a character in any movie, who would you be?
I would be Steve Carrell in any movie.

Do you have any pre-game or in-game rituals?
We like to dance in the locker room before the game.

What one word would you use to describe your style of play?
Determined.

What’s your biggest pet peeve?
I don’t like tapping.
