We close out the freshman class with Hanna Forst, who talks about her biggest award and her choice on who she’d like to swap places with on campus.

Who is your favorite teammate? Why?
If I had to choose one it would probably be Lexie Pawlik because she’s kind of like my mom. She’s always making sure I take care of myself and do the right things.

If you could travel anywhere on the planet, where would you go?
Australia

What was the best movie you saw this summer?
Harry Potter

If you could be a character in any movie, who would you be?
Violet from the Incredibles because she can become invisible and I think that would be really cool.

If you could trade places with any person on the South Carolina campus, who would it be?
LaKya Brookins on the track team that holds some records and was called “world’s fastest woman” (She won the NCAA indoor title in the 60-meter dash at a collegiate record time of 7.09, ending the indoor season as the “world’s fastest woman”). I think that would be cool.

What’s your best non-athletic talent?
I can say the ABC’s backwards really fast.

Do you have any pre-game or in-game rituals?
During pre-game, I have to listen to the song “I Made It” by Kevin Rudolph and Lil Wayne.

What one word would you use to describe your style of play?
Crazy

What’s the one thing you can’t leave without on a road trip?
Toothbrush

What’s your biggest pet peeve?
When people touch my face

You won a ton of awards in high school Which is your favorite?
Being the homecoming queen.

Kerri Walsh is listed as your favorite athlete. Why her?
She came to our high school to talk with our team and gave a great talk. A week later, she spoke at the Under Armour All-America Team event, and she was amazing again. And she remembered my name!
