COLUMBIA, S.C. – The South Carolina equestrian will hold its Garnet & Black scrimmage on Sun., Sept. 18 at 2 p.m. The Gamecocks are hosting the scrimmage at One Wood Farm in Blythewood. The scrimmage will be open to the public and admission to the scrimmage is free.

“This will be our first official intra-squad scrimmage. We are hoping to make it an annual event,” head coach Boo Major said. “It is a great opportunity to shake the competition cobwebs off and see where we stand with our freshmen. It should be a lot of fun and very competitive.”

Directions to One Wood Farm: Take I-77 N. to Exit 27, which is Blythewood Road. Turn left and cross back over I-77 and pass Cobblestone Park. Then turn right on the first road on the right, which is Syrup Mill Road. One Wood Farm is the first driveway down on the left, and it will be marked by a large sign with a Gamecock logo.
