COLUMBIA, S.C. – The South Carolina men’s basketball team recently hosted an After School Fan Experience at Pinckney Elementary School at Fort Jackson in Columbia, S.C., for kids and their families, which included interactive drills and instruction with Gamecock head men’s basketball coach Darrin Horn, his staff, and the South Carolina student-athletes.
The players and staff hosted the event over fall break, where they worked with kids on the fundamentals of dribbling, strength and conditioning and agility drills, passing, shooting and other basketball related activities. The event ended with an autograph session inside the Pinckney Elementary gymnasium.
