South Carolina women’s basketball honored the first group of winners from this season’s Read with the Gamecocks program at halftime of their game against South Carolina State on Wed., Dec. 14. In all 46 schools and one organization participated. As a group, the over 6,000 students in kindergarten through fifth grade read over two million pages from Oct. 31 to Nov. 11.
