COLUMBIA, S.C. – The South Carolina equestrian team maintained its top-five ranking in the NCEA Coaches Poll, it was announced today. The Gamecocks are currently ranked fifth, as Carolina slips one spot after last week’s loss at Auburn.

South Carolina will host No. 6 Texas A&M on Saturday at 1 p.m. in Blythewood. The Gamecocks will hold their annual Equi-Fest Kids Day on Saturday during the meet.

The collegiate coaches competing under the National Collegiate Equestrian Association umbrella initiated the national poll. The next poll will be released on March 6 at Noon ET.
