Gamecocks Move Into Top-10 in Golf World/WGCA Coaches Poll

COLUMBIA, S.C. –
The South Carolina women’s golf team has moved up two spots to No. 10 in the Golf World/WGCA Division I College Women’s Coaches Poll. This the first time the Gamecocks have been ranked in the top ten in this poll.
Southern California, UCLA and Duke remain the top three, respectively. Including South Carolina there are seven SEC teams in the latest poll with Arkansas holding the highest ranking at No. 5.
South Carolina moved up to No. 7 in the latest Golfstat rankings and is also ranked in the Golfweek/Sagarin rankings at No. 12.
The Gamecocks close out their spring season at the PING ASU Invitational, April 4-6.
