COLUMBIA, S.C. – The University of South Carolina equestrian team has officially opened it’s brand new, state of the art locker room. At a cost of $500,000, the Gamecocks’ locker room is the latest addition at One Wood Farm and will provide Carolina’s riders with a luxurious and spacious location to prepare for competitions and practices.

“Our new locker room is a fantastic thing for our student-athletes and it’s something that’s going to have a long-term effect on our program,” South Carolina head coach Boo Major said. “This locker room was specifically designed and customized to the needs of our riders, and I think that’s what makes this locker room so unique. It also shows how committed we are to our student-athletes and that we want them to have the very best, and I think we accomplished that with this locker room.”
