COLUMBIA, S.C. — The South Carolina men’s golf team is ranked No. 10 in the Golfstat Relative Rankings for the second straight week, Golfstat announced Wednesday.
The Gamecocks closed out their fall schedule last weekend with a one-stroke victory over Wofford in the inaugural Camden Collegiate Invitational at Camden Country Club. Carolina wrapped up the fall with three top-five finishes, including two tournament wins. The Gamecocks have finished fifth or better in 12 of their last 15 tournaments, including five wins.
Carolina is also ranked No. 10 in the most recent Golf Coaches Association of American Coaches Poll and No. 21 in the Golfweek/Sagarin Rankings.
The Gamecocks open their spring schedule at the Bayou City Collegiate Championships on Feb. 20-22 at the Golf Club of Houston in Humble, Texas.
