With less than a month until tip-off for men’s basketball, the Gamecocks are getting ready for opening night as well as a tournament that will take place only six days after the season starts.
The Gamecocks will be playing in the Charleston Classic, an annual tournament bringing teams from across the country to the College of Charleston for a three-day tournament on Nov. 20, 21 and 23.
The event is organized in part by South Carolina men’s basketball legend in former College of Charleston head coach Bobby Cremins.
