COLUMBIA, S.C. – No. 20 South Carolina will enter the SEC Tournament in Orange Beach, Ala., with the No. 5 seed and are set to face fourth-seeded Missouri in the final match of the day on Wed., Nov. 5, at approximately 8:30 p.m. ET.
The Gamecocks finished the regular season with a 12-4-3 overall record and went 5-3-3 in SEC play.
On Sept. 26, the Gamecocks hosted Missouri (11-5-3, 6-4-1 SEC) in their home SEC opener and fell 1-0 despite out-shooting the Tigers 10-5. In three meetings with Missouri over the last three years, South Carolina has not recorded a result.
The SEC Network will have coverage of the first three rounds of the tournament before coverage shifts to ESPNU for Sunday’s championship match.
