COLUMBIA, S.C. – The Dawn Staley Show launches this Sunday with South Carolina women’s basketball head coach Dawn Staley and host Brad Muller reviewing the start of the Gamecocks’ season as well as a “Gamecock Breakdown” segment in which Tiffany Mitchell and Aleighsa Welch explain how to defend a screen and a look inside the relationships between the tallest Gamecocks on the roster this season. The show airs every Sunday through March 1 on SportSouth at 10:30 a.m. (ET).

Among the new elements of the show this season is a weekly change in the location as Staley and Muller visit various campus sites, including the Phi Mu sorority house in the premiere this Sunday, the Darla Moore School of Business, the President’s House on the Horseshoe, the Dodie Anderson Academic Enrichment Center and Carolina Softball Stadium. Each location’s hosts will introduce the show and its elements as well.

The Gamecocks are 18-0 on the season, including a 6-0 mark in SEC play, both of which mark the best starts in program history. South Carolina is in action next on Mon., Jan. 26, against No. 10/10 Texas A&M in a 7 p.m. tipoff at Colonial Life Arena. It is the Gamecocks’ “We Back Pat” game and will air on ESPN2.
