MARRAKECH, Morocco — Former South Carolina All-American Justine Dreher earned her Ladies European Tour card on Tuesday after shooting a 2-under 70 in the final round of the Lalla Aicha Tour School Final.

Dreher qualified for her full membership card for the Ladies European Tour 2016 season after finishing 10th with rounds of 68-66-69-77-70=350 (-10). She is the second Gamecock in the last four seasons to earn category 8a status on the tour, joining Katie Burnette, who qualified in 2012 and now plays on the LPGA Tour.

Also competing for her tour card was former South Carolina golfer Amanda Strang, who came into the day in 57th place at 2-over. The Jonstorp, Sweden, native turned in a five-day score of 79-71-69-71-74=364 (+4) and will be eligible for membership in category 9b.

The five-week event began at 241 players and included four Pre-Qualifiers before the field was cut to 67 after Monday’s action. The top 30 and ties earned category 8a status while those making the cut were guaranteed category 9b status.
