No. 20 South Carolina men’s tennis went 1-1 on the weekend to close out their SEC road schedule. The Gamecocks defeated Tennessee on Friday with a 4-3 battle and fell to No. 13 Georgia, 4-3. Friday’s win tied a program best eight SEC wins. South Carolina is now 18-5 overall and 7-3 in conference play, including a 9-1 record at home. The Gamecocks close out their regular season schedule hosting Auburn Friday at 5 p.m., with an opportunity to recognize this year’s senior class prior to the match, and Mississippi St. Sunday at 12 p.m.
