COLUMBIA, S.C. ââ’¬” South Carolina men’s tennis coach Josh Goffi announced that Francisco Cerundolo (Argentina) has signed a National Letter of Intent to attend the University of South Carolina and play for the Gamecocks. Cerundolo will have four years of eligibility beginning with the 2017-18 academic year. “We are all very excited to have Francisco join the team. He will be a great addition to the solid and competitive culture that we have here at South Carolina,” said Goffi. “August can’t get here fast enough for us to start working with Fran to help him achieve his goals over the next four years and beyond.” Cerundolo is currently ranked No. 1370 in the ATP singles rankings.
