Gamecock Men's Basketball Set To Host Movie Night

COLUMBIA, S.C. ââ’¬” University of South Carolina Athletics is excited to announce Movie Night with Gamecock Men’s Basketball, a free event that is open to the public on Oct. 20 at Colonial Life Arena. Fans in attendance will have the opportunity to meet the Gamecocks before viewing the new “Lego Batman” movie on the brand new state-of-the-art video board at the Arena. Movie night will be the first chance for fans to experience the new addition to game day at Colonial Life Arena. Doors for the event open at 6 PM. The Gamecocks will sign autographs on the Athletics Department provided poster before the movie begins at 7 p.m. Concessions will be available, including everyone’s favorite movie fare like popcorn, candy, hot dogs and sodas among other items.
South Carolina men’s basketball comes off a record-breaking 2016-17 season in which the Gamecocks won their first NCAA Tournament game since 1973, en route to advancing to the school’s first Final Four and a school-record 26 wins along the way. South Carolina set attendance records in both total attendance and average attendance in 2016-17.
The Gamecocks get the 2017-18 campaign underway shortly after movie night when Erskine visits Colonial Life Arena for an exhibition on Oct. 30. Admission is free for the exhibition matchup.

Season ticket prices for the upcoming season remain unchanged, with full season packages starting at $90. Like last season, fans can purchase lower level season tickets for $260 (Gamecock Club membership required for sections 104-106, 113-115), the Coke Family Sections are available for $600 (four tickets) and upper level tickets are available for $200 (no Gamecock Club membership required). End zone seating in the upper level is priced at four seats for $360. University Faculty/Staff members receive a 20% discount on lower level and upper level ticket prices.
