South Carolina’s “Cocky” still needs votes as he contends for the Capital One National Mascot of the Year title. Carolina’s favorite feathered friend holds a solid second but still needs your votes to help push him into the lead spot. The voting continues until Dec. 22 and the winner will be announced during the Capital One Bowl on Jan. 1, 2004.
