Rob Campbell

Position: Associate Director of Academics

Robert Campbell joined South Carolina’s Athletics Department in January 2007. Campbell serves as an Associate Director in the office with Academic advisor responsibilities for Equestrian, Women’s Soccer, and Men’s Soccer. Throughout his time at SC Rob has worked with numerous teams as an advisor including Football, Swimming & Diving and Softball.

The Kentucky native received his BS and MS degree in Sport Administration from the University of Louisville conducting his master’s research on the impact of learning specialists on academic progress rates. Campbell previously worked at his alma mater’s Olga Peers Academic Center for Student-Athletes where he worked with both Football and Men’s Basketball. Campbell also served as the Academic Advisor for Men’s Basketball, Men’s and Women’s Tennis, and the Spirit squads at Central Florida prior to joining the Gamecock family.
