Erin Thomas

Position: Athletic Trainer

Erin Thomas joined the University of South Carolina in January 2007 covering women’s softball and volleyball. She previously worked with the women’s volleyball team at the University of Tennessee, where she accompanied the team to their first NCAA semifinal tournament appearance.

Thomas received her Bachelor of Science in physical education with a concentration in athletic training from the University of South Carolina and her Master of Science in sport psychology from the University of Tennessee. She currently works with the women’s softball and volleyball teams and is the coordinator of the Automated External Difibulators program.

Thomas is married to Scott Thomas, who is an area high school teacher and athletic trainer.
