New Soccer Season Ticket Option for 2020 Seasons

COLUMBIA, S.C. —- South Carolina men’s and women’s soccer announced today a new season ticket option for the 2020 season. In addition to receiving access to every regular season men’s and women’s soccer match at Stone Stadium this fall, this new season ticket option includes a limited-edition knit Gamecock soccer scarf.
 
The 2020 season ticket option is immediately available for purchase through 11:59 p.m. on Friday, August 7.
 
The cost for season tickets with the scarf included is $35 for adults and $20 for youth (17 and under). Fans wishing to donate their season ticket but still receive their scarf can purchase this option for $20.
 
Scarfs will be available for pickup in early September during matches at Stone Stadium or fans will also have the option to have it shipped (must select shipping option during purchase) during the same time period.
 
Fans wishing to purchase season tickets without the scarf can do so for $25 for adults and $10 for youth (17 and under). Fans will have the ability to donate their tickets back to the program to provide access for local charitable organizations for $10.
 
All season tickets for the 2020 seasons will move to a fully digital format and will be accessed through the South Carolina Gamecocks App.
 
“The support of our Gamecock fans and the atmosphere that they create is the reason that Stone Stadium, is one of the great stadiums of heritage in collegiate soccer,” men’s soccer head coach Mark Berson said.
 
Stone Stadium is the only NCAA DI soccer stadium in the country to have both it’s men’s and women’s programs ranked in the top-10 nationally in average attendance in each of the past six years. The Gamecocks will look to continue this tradition as they head into the 2020 season.
 
“We know our excellent record on our home field has a lot to do with those in the stands and we are so grateful for the support,” women’s soccer head coach Shelley Smith said.
 
Schedules are not yet finalized for the 2020 season.
 
As part of our commitment to our donors and ticket buyers, South Carolina knows that it’s important to communicate how it plans to handle any significant changes to the upcoming 2020 season.
 
If the season is canceled, refunds will be issued for both ticket cost and any other payments related to purchase of that seat.
 
In the event that only part of the season is played, additional information will be released at that time.
