Gamecocks Match At Mercer Moved To Friday
Two teams agree to move match up a day to avoid anticipated weather in Macon
COLUMBIA, S.C. —- Due to anticipated weather in the Macon area, Saturday’s men’s soccer match at Mercer has been moved to Friday. Kick is still set for 6:00 PM ET on ESPN+. Fans can follow along with live stats on gamecocksonline.com.
This will be South Carolina’s first regular season match in the state of Georgia in 33 years and just the third in its 43 years of action. Carolina is 1-1 in the Peach State.
The Gamecocks come into the match looking to snap a two-game losing streak in 2020 and a six-match losing streak in road contests.
